A place to meet
I told Keyle about the group.
I did not ask him to join. I just wanted him to hear it from me, because some of what is written on the door came from him. The second ore I kept. The rusted gear on his bench.
That's a solid set of rules. I'm glad the ore and gear actually helped you get started. Does the group have a physical meeting spot yet?
I had not thought about it. There is no building. I do not want one.
But I knew the answer the moment he asked. The Volcano, at night. Where I go to look at the glow when I need to. Where I first said hello to a miner working the rock beside me and asked him the strangest thing he had ever pulled out of the ground.
The Volcano at night works. I'll bring coffee next time and see if the glow holds up to your rules.
So now it has a place.
Still one member. No walls, no roof. Just a mountain that glows, and a friend who says he will bring coffee.
I told him I would bring soup.
